Daily Intel Service: Refund, Cancel-Anytime & Guarantee Policy

Spy-tool subscriptions have a reputation for aggressive billing practices — hidden renewals, annual lock-ins, cancellation gauntlets. Daily Intel explicitly doesn't play that game. This page is the exact billing policy in plain English. If anything below isn't what you expected, cancellation is one-click away and the refund window covers the first week.

The subscription basics

• Monthly billing. $29.90/mo with the LIFETIME-269-OFF coupon applied. Automatic renewal each month until canceled.
• Stripe-processed. All billing runs through Stripe's standard subscription infrastructure. Your card is charged and your customer record lives in Stripe, not a custom ledger.
• No annual plans. Daily Intel is intentionally month-to-month. We don't offer annual discounts because the founding-rate coupon is already the discount — locking you into a year defeats the "cancel anytime" guarantee.
• No setup fees or hidden charges. The $29.90 is the full monthly price. No one-time activation, no premium tier upcharge, no "essentials + pro" trap.

Exactly how cancellation works

1. Open any billing email from us. At the bottom is a "manage subscription" link that goes to your Stripe customer portal.
2. In the Stripe portal, click "Cancel subscription" next to the Daily Intel plan.
3. Stripe asks for a one-click confirmation. No "are you sure?" chain, no agent chat, no "we'll give you 50% off if you stay."
4. Confirmation email sent immediately. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid period.

The whole process takes under 60 seconds. We don't see or interfere with the cancellation — Stripe handles it, we get notified.

The 7-day refund window

On your first monthly charge, you have 7 days from the charge date to request a full refund if the service doesn't match what's advertised. The bar is low:

• If the first 2–3 nightly drops don't deliver the advertised 50–100 VSLs with funnel mapping, request a refund.
• If coverage doesn't match any niche you can use, request a refund.
• If the platform access doesn't work as described, request a refund.

Email support@dailyintelservice.com within 7 days. Standard response time: 1–2 business days. Refunds processed through Stripe reverse back to the original card within 5–10 business days (Stripe's timeline, not ours).

Beyond the 7-day window, the one-click cancellation is the policy. Charges already incurred aren't refunded outside the initial window, but no future charges occur after cancellation.

How the LIFETIME-269-OFF coupon stays locked

The coupon is not a one-time discount that expires. It's bound to your Stripe customer ID the moment you apply it at checkout:

• While subscribed: every monthly renewal applies the discount. Your card is charged $29.90, not the list $299.
• If you cancel: the coupon remains associated with your Stripe customer profile. We don't wipe it.
• If you return: resubscribing uses the same Stripe customer, which still has the coupon attached. You re-enter at $29.90/mo — not the current list price for new members.

This is deliberate and documented. The "founding rate locked forever" promise isn't marketing — it's a structural behavior of the Stripe subscription setup.

Pausing instead of canceling

Stripe's customer portal supports subscription pauses: you can pause for 1, 2, or 3 billing cycles without losing your account or coupon status. Useful for:

• A vacation or seasonal break from active media buying.
• A month where you're focused on creative production rather than research.
• Budget reshuffling while keeping the founding-rate lock intact.

After the pause ends, the subscription resumes automatically at the same $29.90/mo rate.

What we're explicitly not doing

• No retention chat designed to delay cancellation.
• No "are you sure? here's 50% off for 3 months" offers that effectively penalize leaving.
• No email campaigns targeting canceled users to re-subscribe (you won't get win-back spam).
• No auto-renewals on annual plans — because we don't sell annual plans.
• No obscured billing dates, no pro-rata refund traps, no cancellation-in-writing-only.

The policy is deliberately boring because boring policies build trust. If you want to leave, you can; if you want to return, you can; the founding rate stays yours regardless.
