Daily Intel Dataset License

1. License grant

After full payment, Daily Intel Service grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased release inside the buyer's own organization for internal research, analysis, reporting, taxonomy development and human-assisted creative strategy.

2. Permitted internal work

• Analyze aggregate copy patterns and compare niches or source formats.
• Build internal dashboards, notebooks and reports that do not expose or redistribute the row-level dataset.
• Use insights to develop original advertising and educational material.
• Retain the immutable release purchased, subject to this license.

3. Uses not included

• No resale, sublicense, public mirroring, file sharing or row-level redistribution.
• No use to reconstruct, identify or republish a source transcript, product, advertiser or creative.
• No training, fine-tuning or evaluation of a machine-learning model unless an enterprise license expressly permits it.
• No use that copies another advertiser's expression, violates intellectual-property rights, enables deceptive claims or breaks applicable law or platform policy.
• No attempt to defeat access controls or share the private download token.

4. What is and is not licensed

The self-serve release contains original classifications, abstractions, rationales, labels and de-identified relationships produced by Daily Intel's processing pipeline. It intentionally excludes raw transcripts and source identity. No ownership in third-party advertising, product claims, trademarks or underlying creative expression is transferred.

5. Releases and updates

Each paid file set is an immutable, versioned snapshot. A one-time purchase includes the release identified at checkout; later releases, live feeds, raw-transcript access, API access and enterprise model-training rights are separate products unless the written order says otherwise.

6. Accuracy and responsible interpretation

Dataset rows describe patterns observed in a research corpus. They do not prove that a pattern causes conversion and do not validate health, financial or performance claims found in source advertising. The buyer remains responsible for independent verification, compliance review and decisions made from the data.

7. Refunds and revocation

Because access is delivered digitally, refunds are handled under the published Refund Policy and applicable law. A refund, chargeback, dispute, unauthorized sharing or material license breach may revoke access immediately. Revocation does not authorize continued use or retention outside legally required records.
