What We Research & Display
Daily Intel Service analyzes and displays:
- Ad Creatives: Screenshot/thumbnail images of Facebook and Instagram ads (publicly displayed in Ads Library)
- VSL Screenshots: Landing page screenshots to show funnel structure and design
- Copy Excerpts: Text samples from ads and VSLs for analysis (fair use for educational purposes)
- Data Points: Performance metrics, CTR, engagement rates (from public sources)
Fair Use Declaration
Daily Intel Service displays copyrighted content under the fair use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107). Our use is:

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on Daily Intel Service without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including: identification of the removed content and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
Daily Intel Service will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any user account at our discretion when we suspect repeated infringement.
