What We Research & Display

Daily Spy Services analyzes and displays:

  • Ad Creatives: Screenshot/thumbnail images of Facebook and Instagram ads (publicly displayed in Ads Library)
  • VSL Screenshots: Landing page screenshots to show funnel structure and design
  • Copy Excerpts: Text samples from ads and VSLs for analysis (fair use for educational purposes)
  • Data Points: Performance metrics, CTR, engagement rates (from public sources)

Fair Use Declaration

Daily Spy Services displays copyrighted content under the fair use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107). Our use is:

  • Transformative: We analyze and add commentary, not just reproduce
  • Educational: Content serves for learning and market research
  • Limited: We use only portions necessary for analysis
  • Non-commercial to creators: We don't profit from their specific content (we profit from our analysis service)
  • Market-competitive: We help affiliates understand and compete fairly

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on Daily Spy Services without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

1. Identification of Copyrighted Work

A description of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed. If multiple works, provide a comprehensive list.

2. Location of Infringing Material

Specific URL(s) or location where the infringing content appears on our platform.

3. Your Information

• Your name, address, telephone number, email address• Your signature (physical or electronic)

4. Copyright Ownership

Your statement that you own the copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

5. Accuracy Statement

Your statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and you have authority to enforce the copyright.

6. Good Faith Declaration

Your statement that you believe in good faith the content is infringing and not protected by fair use or other exception.

Counter-Notice Procedures

If content has been removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, the affected member may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • Identification of the removed content and original location
  • Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was in error or misidentification
  • Declaration that you consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Daily Spy Services will restore the content unless the copyright claimant files a court action.

Policy on Repeat Infringers

Daily Spy Services maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. Upon receiving multiple substantiated DMCA complaints, we will suspend or terminate the account in question.

Fair Use & Education

Please note: Daily Spy Services displays content primarily for educational analysis and competitive intelligence purposes. Most uses fall under fair use protections. If you believe content is being misused (not educational), include this concern in your DMCA notice.
