• Change of mind or circumstances

2. When Access Is Granted

Access to Daily Spy Services is granted immediately upon successful payment processing. Once access begins, NO REFUNDS are available, regardless of whether you used the service.

• Immediate ability to view and download all advertising data
• Full access to all features and reports in your tier
• Ability to export or save any materials

3. Explicit Acceptance at Checkout

Before completing purchase, you must:

• Review and accept this Refund Policy
• Acknowledge that subscriptions are non-refundable once access is granted
• Confirm you understand the final, non-refundable nature of your purchase
• Accept all Terms of Service and legal disclaimers

4. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

1. Account termination — Immediate blacklisting from all future services
2. Chargeback fees — Stripe charges $15 per dispute; you lose everything
3. Legal liability — Fraudulent chargebacks may result in civil or criminal action
4. Terms violation — You indemnify Daily Spy Services from all associated costs

We maintain comprehensive logs of all access, downloads, and usage. This evidence is submitted to Stripe and your bank, making chargeback denial likely.

5. Usage Logging & Dispute Protection

To prevent fraud, we log all account activity:

• Access timestamps and IP addresses
• Every file, report, or data export you accessed
• Specific tools and features you used
• Session duration and activity patterns

6. Stripe Compliance & Dispute Standards

Daily Spy Services complies fully with Stripe's dispute resolution standards:

• Clear refund policy displayed before checkout ✓
• Proof that customer authorized the transaction ✓
• Evidence of service/product delivery ✓
• Server logs showing customer access and usage ✓
• Documentation that customer was informed of non-refundable terms ✓

Our dispute win rate is significantly higher than average due to comprehensive logging and clear policy communication. Chargebacks against Daily Spy Services are unlikely to succeed.

7. Legitimate Refund Requests

While our policy is NO REFUNDS, we understand that extraordinary circumstances may exist. Before filing a chargeback, contact us if you experience:

• Technical issues preventing access (we will troubleshoot)
• Billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amount)
• Unauthorized access to your account

8. Subscription Cancellation
