Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary

Daily Intel Service is a digital subscription product. Access is granted immediately after payment. Because the service is digital and delivered in full at the start of each billing period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been used. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals, and we encourage you to contact us first if anything is wrong — we resolve billing issues quickly.

1. Who We Are & How Charges Appear

Daily Intel Service is operated by Anastasia Kuznetsova Nutra LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of New Mexico, United States, with its principal office at 100 SE 2nd Street, Suite 2000, Miami, FL 33131, USA (U.S. EIN 35-2943486). Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

• All charges are billed in United States Dollars (USD).
• Charges appear on your card or bank statement as "DAILYINTEL".
• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the interval disclosed at checkout until you cancel.

2. Nature of the Service

Daily Intel Service provides digital access to an ad research and intelligence platform. Upon successful payment, you immediately receive:

• Full dashboard access
• Ability to view, export, or download advertising research included in your plan
• All features and reports associated with your subscription tier

Because the service is digital, fully accessible from the moment of purchase, and content can be consumed or exported immediately, we follow standard practice for digital subscriptions and treat each billing period as final once the service has been used.

3. Cancellation — Anytime, No Questions Asked

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is simple and does not require justification.

• Cancel from within your account dashboard, or
• Email us at support@dailyintelservice.com from the address on file and we will cancel the same business day.
• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No further renewals will be charged after you cancel.
• Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period (see Section 4).

4. Refund Eligibility

While subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been used, we review refund requests in good faith. We issue refunds in the following cases:

• Duplicate or incorrect charge caused by a technical error on our side.
• Charge you did not authorize (suspected unauthorized use of your payment method).
• Material service outage that prevented you from using your subscription during the billed period.
• You cancelled before first use of the service in a new billing period — contact us within 7 days and we will review.
• Any case where applicable consumer-protection law requires a refund.

To request a refund or report a billing issue, email support@dailyintelservice.com with your order details. We acknowledge requests within one business day and resolve them within seven business days.

5. Resolving Issues Before a Dispute

If you don't recognize a charge or believe something is wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved in minutes, and we want to make sure you are taken care of. When you reach out, please include:

• The email address or order ID used at checkout
• The date and amount of the charge
• A brief description of the issue

6. Record-Keeping

To support fair billing and to protect both you and the Company, we keep records of account activity such as sign-in timestamps, subscription events, and invoice history. These records are used to answer support questions, reconcile billing, comply with legal obligations, and — where necessary — respond to payment disputes. Our privacy practices regarding this information are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws in your country or state of residence. Where such laws grant broader refund or cancellation rights than those described here, those rights apply.
